What's in a name?
Our name was inspired by our desire to deliver superior solutions and services that help our clients succeed. Fortellar combines two essential elements:

With 25+ years in IT consulting and business process outsourcing (BPO), I help businesses streamline operations, strengthen security, and implement scalable technology strategies for sustained growth.
My leadership approach centers on listening first, then delivering tailored solutions that foster agility, resilience, and long-term value. Whether optimizing cloud environments, advancing cybersecurity, or aligning people operations with business strategy, my mission is to empower clients to innovate and lead.
Beyond Fortellar, I’ve helped shape customer experience strategy on The George Washington University School of Business Customer Experience Advisory Council—applying persona-driven insights and analytics to drive lasting impact. Cristin brings over 15 years of hands-on experience building products that solve real problems. She's led teams across startups and Fortune 500s in the B2B and B2C spaces to design, launch, and evolve SaaS platforms, cloud-based offerings, and mobile apps.
Cristin is a big-picture strategist who is always focused on the "why" behind a roadmap. Her strength lies in translating complex technical needs into products that deliver measurable value, while keeping users (and developers) at the center of the process.
Cristin works closely with our clients and delivery teams to make sure what we’re building doesn’t just meet their needs but pushes our clients’ business forward.

Hasan is a seasoned cybersecurity and infrastructure leader with over 20 years of global experience across cloud operations, regulatory compliance, data protection, and secure system architecture. He has led large-scale cloud migrations, implemented security frameworks including HITRUST,
NIST & PCI-DSS for government agencies, start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies.
Hasan partners with clients to help shape their technology strategy and roadmap. His expertise and experience gives our clients the upper hand in deploying cloud governance and security programs that stand up to real-world threats all while providing internal teams the ability move fast and build confidently.
